Passion, Experience, and Dedication for 35 Years
Ed and Kim Bertram started selling race cars and parts in 1985 out of a shop in Marion WI. They called the business Goldstar Racing Supplies. ln 1988 they built their first mobile parts trailer to better serve their customers at many local race tracks. Over the next fifteen years, they added three more moblie parts trailers to service both dirt and asphalt tracks throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Illinois.
As the demand for race parts kept getting bigger Ed and Kim out grew their existing store prompting them to buy a 3600 sq. ft. building to accommodate all of the inventory. In 2009 Ed moved to Coopersville, MI. to work for Keyser Manufacturing. In the meantime, Goldstar Racing was sold to Dan Thompson of Manawa WI (later named GSR Racing).
After 4 years in Michigan, Ed returned to Wisconsin where he started working for Allstar Performance. There was once again a growing need for race cars parts, so Ed and Kim began selling again under K&E Sales and Service. Currently, they have a small trailer that services multiple tracks throughout the Shawano and surrounding area. Their permanent retail store is located at E7383 Neitzke Road in Clintonville, WI.
